Membership and Access
Your membership gives you access to specific content and resources based on your subscription level. Access is personal to you and cannot be shared, transferred, or sold to others.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We'll do our best to give you notice if we make significant changes to what you've paid for.
Payment Terms
All fees are in Philippine Pesos (₱) or USD ($) unless otherwise stated. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Prices may change, but we'll notify you before any price increase affects your existing subscription.
Your Content and Our Content
What You Share: When you post in our community, submit questions, or share content with us, you give us permission to use it for educational purposes within our platform. We won't sell your content or use it outside of Impactful Wealth Academy without your permission.
What We Create: All content we provide (courses, templates, scripts, audio files, frameworks, etc.) is our intellectual property. You can use it for your personal business development, but you cannot:
Resell or redistribute our materials
Claim our content as your own
Share your login or course access with others
Use our content to create competing products or services
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Harass, threaten, or abuse other members

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to our services won't exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. We can terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms.
If we terminate your account for violations, you won't receive a refund for any unused portion of your subscription.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email or through the platform. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Refund Policy

Our No-Refund Policy
All sales of Impactful Wealth Academy memberships, courses, and digital products are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Why We Have This Policy
Our business model is built on providing immediate access to valuable educational content, proprietary frameworks, templates, and community resources. Once you gain access to these materials, you receive the full value of what you've purchased.
Because digital products can be consumed instantly and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.
What This Means for You
Before purchasing, please:
Review all product descriptions carefully
Make sure the membership or course is right for your current situation
Reach out with any questions before completing your purchase
Understand that access to content constitutes delivery of the product
Membership Subscriptions
For recurring memberships:
You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges
Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period
You retain access through the end of your current paid period
No partial refunds are given for unused portions of a billing cycle
You may choose to resubscribe at any time, but the amount of the subscription may have increased at the time of your resubscription. You will no longer be able to avail of the founders rate of $27/P1,600.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical problems accessing our platform or content:
Contact our support team immediately
We'll work to resolve access issues as quickly as possible
Technical difficulties do not qualify for refunds, but we're committed to ensuring you can access what you've purchased
Payment Disputes
If you dispute a charge with your payment provider:
Your access to all Impactful Wealth Academy services will be immediately suspended
Access will only be restored once the dispute is resolved in our favor
Fraudulent disputes may result in permanent account termination
Exceptions
The only circumstances where we may consider exceptions to this policy:
Duplicate charges due to processing errors (we'll refund the duplicate)
You were charged after successfully canceling your subscription (we'll refund the erroneous charge)
System errors that prevented you from accessing purchased content
Even in these cases, refunds are at our sole discretion and require documentation of the issue.

Your Responsibility
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:
